Cold adhesive

Two-component adhesive made of reactive methacrylic resin, mineral fillers, and high adhesion additives between materials such as: ABS, Metal and Polyester tacks on flexible and rigid substrates.

Object:

Bonding of reflective studs even without fixing pins.

Usage:

• The floor must be clean, dry, and free of any materials;
• Homogenize component "A" to component "B" (catalyst), in the indicated proportion;
• Carefully pour the mixture onto the application site and immediately place the tack, pressing it lightly so that a layer of approximately 3 mm thick remains under the tack;
• If exists glue excess in front of the reflective lens, it must be removed;
• Curing time of approximately: 15 minutes after mixing.

Performance:

100 grams (approximately) for each small road stud, which may vary depending on the finish of the dowel and the substrate.

Recommendations:

Do not apply the product on wet pavement, if in doubt check the dew point table.

Be careful on new floors, materials purged from their cure impair the product adherence. Is ideal wait for the total substrate curing time.

Avoid applying the material over existing markings such as paint, thermoplastics, and others.

Packing:

5 kg packs.

The catalyst is packaged separately in the required quantity for each package.

Storage:

Warning: Flammable Product.

So it must be stored in a ventilated and dry place, away from other materials and the circulation of people.

Products "A" (liquid) and "B" (solid) must be hermetically sealed to prevent evaporation of their compounds.

If correctly stored has 3 months shelf life.
